I grew up aboard a 47-foot yacht named Mischief, circumnavigating the globe with my family. For a decade, the open sea was my classroom, teaching me how to navigate life's unpredictable currents and rise stronger after every storm.
From the exotic coasts of Australia to the vibrant Pacific islands and the vast Indian Ocean, I experienced both breathtaking adventures and profound challenges. One of those moments came when I was just nine years old—falling overboard into the Mozambique Channel, without a life jacket. Staring up at my family from the vast ocean was a defining moment, one that instilled a deep sense of courage and trust in my ability to face the unknown.
The journey wasn't without its hardships. A powerful storm forced us to anchor in South Africa for three years to rebuild. Later, while exploring the Americas, our story took another turn when Mischief lived up to her name—colliding with a reef off Puerto Rico and sinking. At 16, we returned to Australia with nothing but our resilience, our stories, and the lessons of perseverance the ocean had taught us.
These formative experiences didn’t just shape my life—they gave me a profound understanding of what it means to embrace challenges, adapt to change, and come out stronger. Today, I channel these lessons into my work with leaders, helping them build the mental resilience and bravery needed to navigate their own uncharted waters, both personally and professionally.
I help leaders and organisations make meaningful, sustainable change—rooted in self-awareness, system awareness, and cultural transformation.
My work is grounded in organisational development and systems psychodynamics, drawing on over 15 years of experience across leadership, entrepreneurship, and consulting in global, cross-cultural contexts. I’ve co-founded and led businesses in the fitness and franchising industries, scaled international brands, and advised purpose-driven organisations from Singapore to Saudi Arabia.
What I’ve learned—across boardrooms, group coaching sessions, stakeholder labs, and quiet 1:1 moments—is that the most powerful transformations don’t come from ticking boxes or quick fixes. They come from creating the right conditions for people and systems to grow—intentionally, courageously, and collaboratively.
That’s where the B.R.A.V.E.™ framework comes in.
B.R.A.V.E.™ is a model I developed to help organisations build cultures that are grounded and growth-oriented. It stands for:
B.R.A.V.E. isn’t just a set of values. It’s a lens for looking at how individuals show up, how teams interact, and how organisations shape the conditions for performance and well-being.
My practice bridges research and real-world application. I hold an MSc in Psychology, an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD, and a Diploma in Jungian Coaching & Consulting. I apply these insights through:
Whether I’m working with CEOs, senior teams, or emerging leaders, my approach remains the same: compassionate challenge, thoughtful design, and a commitment to helping people and systems evolve in tandem.
If you’re looking to build a braver organisation—from the inside out—I’d love to hear from you.
